I offer a flat rate for my services in two tiers: $35 for small jobs and $70 for large jobs.
These prices do not include the cost of parts. For example, replacing the battery for a laptop will cost $35 plus the price of the new battery, which is usually about $15. Replacing a broken laptop screen, on the other hand, will cost $70 plus the price of a new screen (usually about $80). Please note that I often have to order parts online and they usually take about a week to ship.
I am a graduate of Los Angeles Harbor College and Harbor Occupational Center in Computer Technology. The two schools complemented each other, for the college focused on the textbook while the occupational center emphasized hands-on experience. Altogether I received more than six years of formal education in computers. At the same time I taught myself computer repair by buying old computers at swap meets and fixing them.
Call me at (424) 477-6236 for knowledgeable computer repair service that respects your budget.
